HelloEnergyHealing.com was started to share quality information about the human energy system and its energy enters (also called chakras) in a practical, down-to-earth way.  

When I first experienced energy healing, my body and mind became relaxed. Quickly.  It was a game changer for me. I began working with my energy system, my energy centers and my meridiens daily. I learned about myself, I grew as a person and I became calmer.  Eventually, I made a career out of it, encouraging and supporting students and clients in their self-care journey of compassionate self-discovery.

Hasn't managing stress has hit a new level with the pandemic-endemic? Using energy healing for stress relief is one of the fastest ways I’ve found to get grounded and centered, which helps me during these quickly changing times.  And based on the feedback I've gotten from many of my students and clients, it's true for them, too.

About this website's concept

I had an idea about a website. A place where I could provide some, non-judgemental encouragement, and solid resources especially about actual scientific research. Quality information to help a curiously minded person explore their own human energy system, their energy centers and chakra system while growing some more self-care and compassion. Perhaps that’s you?

HelloEnergyHealing.com was born. This is a place where you can become more informed so you can choose and decide for yourself what place energy healing, chakras and your human-energy system has in your own life.

I don’t know anything about programming or building websites. I researched options and was guided to experts that did. They’re called Site Build It.  They helped me build my own site, which is this “online magazine” that you’re on today.
